It is ok to connect one end of the lights to 12V power, but please isolate another end to prevent a short circuit. If not, the lights will be damaged and won’t light up properly.
Can be used as a strip or split the lights up individually, it will be more bright if used as a strip.
The tape is used to fix the lights. We recommend you to fix the lights with screws.
The installation surface should be smooth, clean, and dry. The strip should not be crushed. LED modules can’t be fixed on the surface of the sharp edge.
