German E-100 Super Heavy Tank. Plastic modelling is an area of model construction in which models are mainly made of plastic (nowadays mostly polystyrene). These are usually undriveable stand models, where interest is more on a high level of detail than on robustness or function but which is played limited. Prefabricated parts are predominantly used here. It is rare to find kits made of thermoformed shapes (vacuum kits) and pure resin kits.
