Soviet MT-LB 6MB. Plastic model construction is an area of model making using mainly plastic (now most commonly polystyrene). They are usually unpowered standing models where the interest is more in great attention to detail than strength or the function. They are not really intended to be played with. Most kits are made from preformed parts. More rarely, one finds kits from deep-drawn forms (Vacu kits) and pure resin kits.
