Steel clamps that can easily be opened to hold vulcanised rubber moulds together after assembly.
Squeeze the sides of the clamps and the clamp ends will open so you can slide then over the sides of the mould and then release the pressure to secure the mould. We include two because it is usually best to have one on each side of the mould for balanced hold.
Clamps are designed to not be too powerful so not to inhibit the free flow of air as it is pushed out by the inflow of liquid metal during the casting process. Excess pressure causes trapped air to create poor castings.
