For welding or screwing on, e.g. entrance gate, double wing gates, etc. The problem that the door (e.g. by frost lifting the posts, sloping terrain or inaccurate assembly) does not close or clamp is perfectly and beautifully solved by the adjustment option with these gate hinges. No rust formation due to abrasion. ! With flat nuts for clamping moulded pipes up to 100 mm. (If the thread is too long, simply cut off). Thread M12, total length 153 mm. Stainless steel bolt is locked and dismantled by a stainless steel counterscrew.

M12 = approx. 60 kg.
M14 = approx. 80 kg.
M16 = approx. 125 kg.
M18 = approx. 150 kg.
M20 = approx. 175 kg.

Please note that the forces affecting the gate hinge change greatly depending on the length of the gate wing.
The main load (weakest link) works on the welding bar, all other parts will certainly not tear off or similar.
