How To Use
◆Step 1: Wash your hands before start. And then put in a nasal rinse salt (DO NOT use water or regular salt instead of nasal rinse salt).
◆Step 2: Fill the 240 ml warm water (Make sure water temperature is around 37°C/ 98.6°F).
◆Step 3: Tighten the cap and tube .Gently shake the bottle to dissolve the mixture completely.
◆Step 4: Standing in front of a sink, bend forward to your comfort Level and tilt your head down. Keep breath through your mouth and DO NOT hold breath. Place nozzle snugly against your nostril and press the button on the bottom until the solution starts draining from the other nostril or mouth.
◆Step 5: Repeat steps 4 for your other nostril.
