The human eye sees colors with a wavelength of around 400 nanometers (violet) to 700 nanometers (red). This range from 400 to 700 nanometers is called the visible light or the visible spectrum. The human eye is best able to perceive the middle range of the visible spectrum – around 555 nanometers. The eye is most sensitive in this area. This wavelength has the green light. Green light is therefore the most visible color for us humans. That is why Wheel Bee uses the green light for more visibility and safety on the road.
