These are the seeds from inside Black Sunflower husks – high energy and easy to feed on, they attract a terrific variety of birds. These, together with Niger seeds, are a class food source for all birds but particularly the smaller species such as blue tits which must eat a quarter of their body weight in food per day to survive cold weather.

- These are bakery grade kernels produced from black oil sunflower seeds. This means they are from the sunflower which contains the highest levels of oil and therefore energy rather than the confectionery grade hearts which are mainly taken from medium and
