LET’S DIY A VIP DOOR FOR CATS:
1. Draw outline of frame on the paper board and cut it down: Please prepare these necessary tools first, pencil, ruller, electric saw, drill, screwdriver, double-side tape. If you would like to install on the glass, please prepare professional glass cutting machine.
2. Use a pencil to draw outline around the edge of the cut paper on the door: Generally, average installation height is around 10-15 cm from the floor.
3. Drill 4 corners for thorough holes with an electric drill.
4. Cut out a tunnel hole with an electric saw starting at holes drilled.
5. It’s better to wrap around it with a layer of wood skin to protect the flap then put the cat door in the door, it’s quite necessary to cut your hole a bit larger.
6. Mount the cat door with double-side tape to the door. Tighten 4 screws:Package include a set of screws of 1.0in. If your door is thinner than 1.0in, please buy another set of screws by yourself.
7. Place screw caps over the screw holes, press them on. DONE!
