The mills are made of stainless steel and acrylic and also have the patented grinder made of high-performance ceramic – made in Germany. It is harder than steel, moisture and essential oils can not harm it. The grinder works in two stages and disassembles pepper, salt, dried herbs and spices carefully and thoroughly. The six grinding levels from powder-fine (1) to coarse (6) can be adjusted on the mill base. The degree of grinding remains, even when refilling, exactly preserved and can be read at any time on the ring scale.
