How to assemble a hole saw? 1. Insert the drill bit into the mandrel and tighten the screws on the side of the mandrel with a hex wrench. 2. Insert the arbor into the top of the blade from the bottom. 3. Put the mounting plate on the saw, then tighten the nut to lock the mounting plate to prevent damage (the mounting plate should be between the saw blade and the nut), and the gasket cannot be installed backwards. 4. Make sure you have tightened the screws on the side of the mandrel with a hex wrench without wobbling to ensure a precise cut. 5. The drill bit and the hole saw are easy to get stuck during use and cannot be taken out, making the drill bit easy to break. Be sure to reduce the drilling speed when operating. Recommended drilling speed: RPM≤1000 machine, NOTE: For safety, wear goggles and gloves when using the hole saw kit.
