The ABUS discus lock is a special shape of the padlock with special benefits. The shape of the discus locks effectively prevents the most common overcoming methods. This means that the small temple opening offers hardly any space for attacks on the temples. Due to the predominant use of stainless steel, the discus lock finds its application particularly where safety and corrosion protection are required. With the ABUS Diskus 26, trucks, vans, doors, gates, barns, etc. can be closed. Ideally, a ABUS Discus hasp should be used so that the shackle of the lock cannot be attacked with breaking tools. The lock cylinder is protected from drilling and pulling.
