The trashJM17 / 24 TExtra Ordinary Texture Alessi reinterprets the ancient goldsmith technique of Etruscan granulation, a refined process that consisted of welding gold or silver spheres on a metal sheet. Thanks to its interaction with light, the surface of Extra Ordinary Texture objects lights up with reflections. The collection includes two containers with lids, a tray and a bowl where the simplicity of the design dialogues in a happy contrast with the expressive luminous “skin”.
