a pack of high quality Mead Yeast
a mead recipe
a 1 gallon (5 litre) fermentation bucket
a tight-fitting lid for the bucket with a bored hole, fitted with a black pvc grommet to keep an airlock in place
1 bubbler airlock with cap to keep the dust out
A stick-on thermometer to monitor the temperature of your mead
a measuring jug
a piece of tubing to enable you to syphon your mead into bottles when it is finished
a plastic tap which fits into the syphon, to control the mead flow when bottling.
