ALPIDEX wood grip strength trainer
Training with the log pole – simple but effective.
Experienced athletes and beginners alike benefit here: ALPIDEX’s free-swinging wooden round bar offers a variety of options to support your training routine through isolation exercises: When performing pull-ups, different parts of the back and arm muscles are used. If, on the other hand, you use your legs for certain exercises, e.g. by lifting your legs, the abdominal muscles will be focused. In addition, the free swinging of the bars improves grip and body balance in every type of exercise.
A selection of different diameters ensures that you can determine the training intensity individually.
The set is quick and easy to set up and dismantle: it can be hung up anywhere where there is enough space and a corresponding attachment – whether in the house, garden or climbing hall.
With these flexible wooden handles, you decide for yourself where and when you want to train.
