This 6-part avalanche probe is 260/320 cm long and quickly and easily sticked together, in case of need. Since the metal tip has a larger diameter than the pole itself, probing is much easier. A drawstring loop at the top end prevents the probe from slipping out of your hand. Thanks to the small pack size of only 45/54 cm, this avalanche probe, made of aluminum 1075, has room in every rucksack.
