Organic Camellia Seed Oil contains significant amounts of Oleic Acid, Omega 3, 6 and 9 Essential Fatty Acids, Vitamin E and Polyphenols making it a fantastic skin and hair care ingredient. It is easily absorbed by the skin and hair roots delivering a wide range of benefits to your skin and hair. Our Organic Camellia Seed Oil is cold-pressed from the seeds of the Camellia Oleifera plant, a plant native to East Asia and China. It has a clear to light yellow colour and a mild odour. Face and Body Oil: Camellia Seed Oil can be used as a face and body moisturiser due to its’ high content of beneficial fatty acids, and its’ non-greasy feel. It can also be effective against skin conditions like dry skin, acne, stretch marks and sunburn. Apply a few drops to the palm of your hand, rub your hands together to warm the oil, and then apply to the face or body, allowing it to absorb fully. It can be used on its’ own or underneath your normal moisturiser. Hair Oil: Camellia Seed Oil provides rich nourishment to hair as well and can be used as a conditioner and hair mask. Apply a few drops after washing to nourish dry hair or use it as a weekly hair mask by applying to the hair and leaving for 30 minutes prior to washing your hair as normal. Nail Oil: Camellia Seed Oil is also very good at strengthening nails and protecting cuticles. Apply a couple of drops and massage into your nails and cuticles once or twice a week.
