A team of Miflex 2 technicians analyzed the weaknesses of the low pressure pipes currently used, coming to develop solutions that led to the birth of the Xtreme series. Xtreme hoses feature an external nylon braid designed to resist abrasion. The patented double braid system also guarantees protection against UV rays, ensuring additional safety against aging. Contrary to traditional hoses, the nylon braid of the Xtreme hose is not fit, but is braided directly onto the hose and fixed to it by means of stainless steel or brass sockets. The result is high performance and durability in extreme situations. If you knot on the Xtreme tube the air flow remains continuous. The Xtreme tube also achieves burst pressures of more than double than the traditional pipe. The nylon braid that covers it, in addition to ensuring excellent abrasion resistance, helps to reduce any leakage in emergency situations, thanks to the natural tendency to close the holes, which characterizes the tracing subjected to pressure. The production is entrusted to fully automatic lines designed and built internally, in the design of which has been given great importance to quality controls, which are performed automatically on 100% of production. The most sophisticated lines come to perform more than 30 controls on every single tube. All non-compliant products are automatically discarded from the same production line.
