INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
1.Put Mouth Guard in the hot water(176F-185F)
2.Soak for 10-15 secs.Must be less than 20 secs
3.Then carefully pick up the Mouthguard with a wooden spoon and wooden chopsticks
4.Cool it on paper for 3-5 Secs
5.Put the mouth guard on your teeth, close your mouth and hold your tongue against the mouth guard for about 10 secs
6.The molding is finished
7.After using the mouth guard,clean it and put it back in to the protection box.
8. You may also cut it to fit your size if needed.
