How to use blood glucose meter to measure blood glucose levels
1. Wash your hands with warm water and dry them, and disinfect the blood collection site with 75% alcohol.
2. Open the test strip packaging barrel and take out a test strip.
3. In the off state, insert the electrode end of the test strip into the blood glucose meter, wait for the prompt sound “beep”, and when the blood drip symbol is displayed, draw a blood sample into the test strip.
4. Use a lancing device to collect blood from the disinfected part and place the blood sample on the finger in a droplet shape.
5. Touch the blood drop with the side of the blood suction port of the test strip，wait for the prompt sound “beep”, remove your finger, and get the result after 5 seconds.
Notice:
1. Please store in a clean and dry environment, away from high temperature and direct sunlight.
2. Take the test strip out of the bottle, close the bottle cap immediately and complete the test within 5 minutes to avoid test deviation.
3. It is necessary to complete the blood sucking process continuously at one time. If the blood volume is not enough and the blood does not fill the reaction chamber at one time, a new test strip should be used for the test.
4. Don’t press your fingers too tightly with the blood suction port of the test paper，otherwise the blood sucking channel will be blocked, and the result will be wrong due to poor blood sucking.
5. If the blood glucose test result shows “LO” or “HI”, it means your blood sugar level is too low or too high.
