A premium quality, concentrated mortar plasticiser designed to improve the workability of all portland cement based mortars, as well as increasing their resistance to freeze-thaw cycles. Use of Power mix also eliminates the need for additional lime to be added to the mix. It also entrains air increasing workability & frost resistance.
The gauging water requirements are reduced minimising the risk of cracking or crazing because of shrinkage whilst drying. Conforms to: BS4887.

The Power-Mix can be added to brick mortars, cement renders & pointing mixes. It replaces the lime in these mixes. Guaging water requirements are reduced; minimising the risk of cracking or crazing because of shrinkage while drying.

Note: – The product is supplied in a carefully measured dosage bottle, simply squeeze the bottle to administer the correct amount of liquid into the delivery nozzle. Use at the rate of 10ml of power mix to 25kg bag of cement.
For hand mixing – the best results are obtained by adding the Power-Mix to the gauging water, before mixing. In the case of mechanical mixers the liquid can be added directly to the cement mixer.
Add approximately 125ml of Power-mix per 200Litres (45 Gallons) of water.
Caution: Do not use at temperatures of less than +2°C or when the temperature is expected to go below 0°C.
