How to use the banneton proofing basket better:
1.Before first use, rinse it with clean water to remove the residue and dry thoroughly.
2.Sprinkle a layer of dry flour evenly before putting in the dough. This will prevent sticking and make it easy to reverse the dough after fermentation.
3.After using it, pat the basket to shake off the flour. Rinse thoroughly with water and dry in the sun.
4.When it is not used, place it in a ventilated area of seal it with clean bags.
