The Folding Proofer Accessory Shelf creates a second level in the Proofer, ideal for proofing two sheet pans or four loaf pans. Double the capacity of your bread proofer. This extra shelf creates a second level in your Brod & Taylor bread proofer so that the proofer can accommodate two sheet pans or four loaf pans. Sheet pans should be 14.5″ × 12″ or smaller. Loaf pans should be about 3″ high, so that the maximum height of the risen bread is 4″ (10cm). For use only with the Brod & Taylor Bread Proofer & Yogurt Maker (sold separately).
The rack has fold-out legs. Materials: Stainless steel Care: Rack is dishwasher safe. Can also be used as a cooling rack.
