Our story: the development of Can-buddy: The idea for Can-buddy came about after a wasp flew into my opened cola can. Luckily, I saw this and the can ended up in the bin! To prevent this happening again I would stuff a tissue in the open can, often resulting in soggy tissues – yuck. There had to be something better than this to seal over an opened drink can and so the idea to develop Can-buddy was born.
