IMPORTANT!! The ruler and base are separate and need to be assembled before use. To ensure the accuracy of finding the center, please follow the steps below to assemble: 1. Completely loosen the 4 tapered screws. 2. Insert the ruler into the slot and align it to the right. 3. Fully tighten the two screws on the left side of the slot. 4. Gently tighten the two screws on the right side of the slot. (Too tight will cause the ruler to tilt and affect the accuracy.) 5.
