OUR GUARANTEE
We are responsible for every item we produce. Each Newton’s Cradle is carefully hand-crafted and comes with a 12-month warranty. If you have followed the setup instructions contained in the package and cleaned the balls before first use, your cradle must be available for three to five years. If any part is broken, we will send you new replacement balls, strings and plug to you.
RETURNS
If your product has been damaged during shipping and handling, please log in directly to your account, click on “My Orders”, select your Newton’s Cradle, then select “Return Item”. Since store is responsible for our warehouseing and transportation, we cannot always guarantee that the product will arrive in good condition, and please contact with us if store ignore.
CARE & MAINTENANCE
Before using cradle, it’s important to thoroughly clean the balls with the cloth provided. During manufacturing and shipping, almost invisible barely dust collect on the balls, which affects optimum impact time. A soft cleaning cloth is provided for you in the package.
