Applications & Features:
— The tap and die and drill bit set can repair or create threads on stainless steel, aluminum alloy, copper, iron, aluminum, plastic. The tap is suitable for tapping blind or deep holes, such as threads in nuts, threaded inserts, pipes. The metric die can process, correct or clean threads on rods or bars, bolts or studs.
— The hardened high-speed steel (5%-12% cobalt) screw tap combines hardness & toughness for wear resistance & durability. Spiral flute design, fast upward chip removal, and the end chamfer helps guide the tap. Used on, drill presses, CNC, tapping and milling machines. Nitride coating provides higher hardness, greater wear & corrosion resistance, better thread surface finish.
— The 9SrCi alloy tool steel round die has high torque, good wear resistance and durability. Designed with a tapered locking hole, the die locks firmly and does not loosen. Used with a die handle or adjustable wrench.
— The M35 5% cobalt high speed steel (hss-co) drill bit provides excellent wear resistance, durability, and optimal chip removal. Sharp spiral flutes create smooth & accurate holes, and allow export of metal chips.
Useful Tips:
— Apply a suitable lubricant, drill a hole with the drill bit before tapping, and use the correct speed and pressure.
