When the printer or computer displays the message “Ink cartridges not installed” or “Used or counterfeit cartridges detected, etc.”, press the “OK” or “Next” button to print.
If your printer does not recognise the cartridges or the printout is not good (lines / light colour), please try reinstalling the cartridges again, or leave the cartridges in the printer for 5 minutes and then perform a nozzle cleaning.
