In addition, the easily accessible bottom compartment with Velcro fastener makes it easier to organise skins, snow or crampons and can be accessed without having to take off the rucksack. Quick and easy handling – even when wearing gloves and without removing the rucksack – is guaranteed by the individually adjustable diagonal quick ski fastening with a lower loop for ski ends, elasticated fastening strap at the top and quick fastening via the hook on the shoulder strap. On tours where ski attachment is not necessary, it can be removed and stowed away. Reduced to the essentials but without sacrificing comfort, the lightweight pack has a very good weight-to-comfort ratio thanks to the Lite back system and well thought-out use of materials. If that’s not enough, additional weight can be saved by removing the back foam or the ski fixation.
