Sugar and Jam making thermometer with 62 mm Dial and 300 mm probe length with attachment clip. Can be clipped on the side of pan or jug when making your sugar and jam.
Coloured zones indicate correct temperatures for preparation of jams, preserves, toffee and caramel and also for deep frying. This thermometer incorporates an adjustable red pointer to highlight required temperature zone and a pan clip. The stainless steel clip allows you to easily monitor the temperature and can be altered to suit the depth of your jug or pot.
