Discovery Crafts DHD 30 is a head magnifier with interchangeable combinable lenses. You can choose the most optimal magnification for your task, it does not occupy your hands, and has built-in illumination. The magnifier has a short focal length, so it is best suited for repair and assessment works as well as for handicrafts. It can also be helpful in reading text in small print.
The lenses are rectangular and designed for viewing with both eyes at once. The lens material is polymer optical glass with a high degree of transparency. It is a strong and durable material that delivers a clear and high contrast image. You can mount either one lens or two lenses (in a row) on the magnifier.
The illumination is in the center and consists of two bright LEDs. The illumination is powered by standard batteries. The headband of the magnifier is size-adjustable.
