The G135 countersink from Dormer has a 60 degree angle to chamfer holes for special fasteners with 60 degree heads. Available in diameters to chamfer up to 25.0 mm, G125 countersinks have a bright finish to prevent workpiece material from sticking to the cutting edge of the tool for a cleaner, more accurate finish and are manufactured from High Speed steel, so they can be used to chamfer holes in many materials including steels, aluminium and stainless steels. The reduced plain shank on the tools means larger diameter countersinks can be held in standard holders and chucks. With the possibility of using the tools in both machine and hand held operations, G135 60 degree countersinks are very versatile.
