- Revo Hemera is a compact and powerful extrusion system with the convenience of E3D’s RapidChange Revo ecosystem. With dual-transmission gears and hardened steel plates to grip the filament from both sides, Revo Hemera gives your 3D printer exceptional pushing force. A tightly restricted filament path means that the material cannot flex and bend on its way to the melting zone, making it the best choice for challenging 3D printing filaments, such as flexible ones.
- Revo Ready: Replace nozzles at room temperature with just your fingers. No complex tools, no hot tightening. Revo nozzles are a factory-sealed nozzle and thermal breaker in one, so they are easy to install and cannot filter material when in use.
- New heat: A Revo HeaterCore heats up in seconds. It’s also much safer: unlike other solutions on the market, a positive temperature coefficient (PTC) means that the Revo HeaterCore cannot melt at extreme temperatures: power is reduced as it heats up, so hazards are reduced in the event of a thermal leak.
- Tight filament path: Hemera is a combined extruder and HotEnd, so it has fewer transitions than most extrusion systems available. A tight filament path gives it excellent performance with difficult-to-print materials, such as flexible ones. Even with the softest flexible ones, you can print without the subextrusion or filament bonding you’d get with a typical setup.
- Wear resistant: Hemera’s stainless steel hobb teeth are wear-resistant, so with the right combination of components, your Hemera can effortlessly 3D print advanced abrasive and composite materials, such as carbon fiber filled filaments, for serious industrial applications.
