Use your existing Raspberry Pi computer to control power sockets around the home. This starter pack gets you up and running out of the box and simple remote switching of appliances can be achieved in minutes. However, the story only begins here. With your programming skills and immagination, you can control appliances, lights or any other device conected to the mains via the included remote control sockets. The Pi controller board uses 433mHz Radio Frequency to command the sockets, so the signal will work through walls, doors, ceilings etc. You can pair as many additional sockets as you want [available separately] to create groups. For example control all the lamps in your lounge with one command. The maximum number of groups available is 4. There is also an “ALL” on and off command to manage all your devices with one instruction. Compatible with all models of Raspberry PI. You will need to download the instructions and program from the Energenie website.
