Everbuild Everflex 900N Silicone is a fast setting, oxime cure low modulus sealant with excellent adhesion, specially developed for PVC building and roofline applications. The glossy, flexible finish and low dirt pick up, makes it ideal for perimeter pointing of PVCu window frames and doors, sealing plastic roofline areas, such as soffits and bargeboards and for expansion joints to brick, stone, concrete and composite panels. In addition, Everbuild Everflex 900 can also be used for weather sealing and joint sealing preformed panels, sealing soft metals (i.e. Lead/Copper/Zinc) for general draft proofing, and to repair over existing sealants. This silicone has excellent external weathering properties and also features mould resistant properties.
