The rumble roller has a solid core made from a resilient grade of high-density EVA foam. The surface of the rumble roller contains specially designed bumps that are firm, but flexible, much like the thumbs of a massage therapist. The rumble roller’s smooth, nonporous surface repels most dirt and includes a melded-in antimicrobial additive that helps prevent the growth of bacteria and fungus. By design, the rumble roller’s bumps are firmer than muscle tissue, but much softer than bone, so they deflect out of the way if they contact your spine or other bony protrusions. Waterproof and latex free.
