Directions
Prepare the eye area by ensuring it is clean and dry. Use a primer if desired to help the eyeliner last longer. Twist up the pencil and glide it along the upper lash line, starting at the inner corner of the eye and moving outward. For a winged look, extend the line beyond the outer corner of the eye. You can also use the pencil to line the lower lash line for a more dramatic effect. Blend the eyeliner with a brush or smudger if a softer look is desired. The waterproof formula should stay put even under extreme sport conditions. To remove, use a makeup remover specifically designed for waterproof makeup.
