Lever actionThe cam assisted action of the lopper head has been designed to give an improved mechanical advantage and enables the handles to be opened up far wider in proportion to the cutting head, this gives a greater lever action which reduces the effort required. The cam assisted action multiplies the force applied by the user by up to 26 times making thicker branches easier to cut.
Cutting and anvil bladesThe hollow shaped cutting blade is made of high quality hardened steel and the curved anvil blade is made of high quality forged aluminium. The shaped of the two blades keeps the branch close to the central axis of the cutting head, which makes it easier to cut.
