Fischer bolt anchor FBN II. The economical attachment for flexible use in non-cracked concrete.
The fischer bolt anchor FBN II is a steel anchor for economical fixings in non-cracked concrete. Thanks to the long thread and the two anchoring depths, the Fischer bolt anchor FBN II is particularly flexible to use. In addition to the pre-plug-in and through mounting, the bolt anchor is also suitable for distance mounting. Made of galvanised steel, the bolt anchor is suitable for railings, cable trays, indoor consoles.
Top features: With the standard anchor depth, the FBN II achieves the highest load capacity. This means: fewer attachment points and smaller anchor plates. If the reduced anchoring depth is used, this reduces the hole depth and simplifies installation. With the long thread, component tolerances are compensated. In addition, the FBN II is suitable for distance mounting. This increases flexibility. Easy to install thanks to a few hammer strokes and minimal slip. Impact pin protects thread from damage. This saves time when assembling and disassembly.
Applications: Steel constructions. railings consoles ladders Cable trays. Machinery Gates facades
Building materials: Approved for:
– Concrete C20/25 to C50/60, uncracked. Also suitable for:
– Concrete C12/15.
– Natural stone with dense structure.
The details (building materials, loads, etc.) of the Approved available.
How it works: The FBN II is suitable for pre-and push-through installation; also for distance mounting. Place the hex nut in the optimal position before installation. When applying the torque, the cone bolt is pulled into the expansion clip and tightens it against the borehole wall. The head embossing allows for easy control of the anchorage. For series assembly, we recommend using the bolt anchor setting tool FABS.
