Directions
1. Put the mouthguard in warm water at about 75 degrees for 45-55 seconds until it becomes soft. 2. After it becomes soft, insert it into the teeth in the mouth and bite into it for 40 seconds. 3. Place it in a bowl of cold water for 10 seconds to set. 4. Wash it with water and use it if it fits your mouth. If it doesn’t fit, repeat the process. 5. Protect the mouthguard in its sterile container when not in use. 6. Disinfect before and after use. 7. Replace every 3 months.
