Installation Instruction
1. Measure your target windows and cut the film to the size you want;
2. Clean the entire glass thoroughly includes edges and scrape dirt off;
3. Fully spray soapy water to the window glass and keep wet enough;
4. Peel off the backing film, Attach the film to the window and align it;
5. Squeegee away all water and air bubbles, you may do this process several times;
6. Trim away the excess edges. Leaving a gap of 1/2 inches between the film and window frame.
FAQ
Q1: Can not remove the backing film.
A: Attach tapes on both corners of the film, then separate the window film and the backing film completely.
Q2: Why the film not stay?
1.Check the backing film which is removed or not.
2.Have to clean the surface thoroughly.
3.Target surface is not flat and not smooth.
4.Spray more water to the surface. Soapy water would be better.
5.Trim the edges of the film that do not apply to the window frame.
Q3: There are many bubbles.
Case 1: Lots of bubbles in the middle.
A: Spray water evenly. The more water, the better! Then Scrape water evenly from middle to all sides.
Case 2: Small bubbles in the corners.
A: Peel it off and re-stick corners, carefully trim the excess film on the edge, firmly scrape bubbles and water.
Other Tips:
Tip 1: Soapy water: Water mixed with laundry detergents.
Tip 2: Teamwork will make the installation easier than the individual.
Tip 3: The film may become tough in cold weather. Using a hairdryer or soak in warm water to soft it.
