How to use:

1. Fix the hook with the pulley in a firm place.

2. Use the hook at the other end and the rope that connects it to hang the object.

3. Adjust the height of the hanging object and pull down the rope without a hook.

4. If you need to adjust the height of the hanging object downward, push the stop control lever in the suspension pulley upwards and pull down the rope with the hook to the set height.
