The nesting box made of sturdy fully screwed wood helps colony brothers such as sparrows, tits or related species protect and safely raise their offspring. The nesting aid for wild birds consists of three individual chambers and thus offers a total of three breeding pairs. This is especially important for sparrows, as they breed almost exclusively in colonies. All three chambers can be opened and cleaned individually, but the animals should not be disturbed during breeding, otherwise they give up their nest. The roof of the sparrowhouse is covered with tar cardboard and thus ensures excellent protection of the songbirds from moisture. The bottom of each nesting chamber is also provided with small air holes that allow moisture to escape. At the same time, the air holes are designed so small that predators cannot get inside. Two metal eyelets are already attached to the nesting box, which allow the suspension of the sparrowhouse with just a few simple steps.
