The FM2023 are mini hot tweezers for SMD Rework or repair of components up to 2mm width. They work by directly heating the solder joints to allow removal of the component from the PCB without disturbing or damaging surrounding components. The small grip allows for removal of even the smallest of components while the handpiece is switchable between normally open or normally closed operation for added convenience or to cater for personal preference. This conversion kit allows you to use the FM2023 with other Hakko soldering stations such as the FM-203 or FM-206 and includes all the necessary parts for plug and play operation.
