We have 2 sizes of bands for wrists and ankles. The ankle size can also be worn on arms but bear in mind that as it’s not elasticated it may slip down during use. Therefore we suggest wearing it just above your elbow.
To choose your size measure 3cm above the wrist/ankle joint.
