Sampling:
1. Take 5-10ml of the sample, let it stand, and then take the supernatant for testing.
2. The test is conducted at around 25 ℃ room temperature.
Testing:
1. Immerse the reaction area of the test strip into the test solution for 1-2 seconds, remove the test strip, and drain off any excess water on top.
2. After 2.30 seconds, compare the reaction zone of the test strip with the color of the color chart to determine the test value of the test solution.
3. The colorimetric time should be controlled within 60 seconds, as too long or too short a time will affect the reading.
Note:
1. Do not touch the reaction end of the test strip when removing it, in order to avoid contaminating the test strip and affecting the test results.
2. After taking out the required number of test strips, seal the remaining test strips and store them in a dry place at -2 ℃ to 30 ℃ away from light.
3. The liquid to be tested should be kept colorless or light colored as much as possible. For liquids with excessively dark colors, activated carbon (excluding) can be used for adsorption and decolorization treatment before testing. If the liquid to be tested is relatively turbid, it needs to be allowed to settle for a period of time, and then the clear part should be taken for testing.
