COMMON PROBLEM
1. Why is the board not transparent?
Answer: In order to avoid plate damage, our plates are equipped with protective films on both sides, and after cutting, burrs are created on the edges of each plate. This is a normal situation and not a quality problem. Tear off protective films, plate is clear and transparent.
2. Why is the display box not mounted?
Answer: Since our panels are made of acrylic material that belongs to plexiglass, the likelihood of damage during transport in the final state is very high, so you need to assemble them yourself after receipt.
