Common problem:
1. Why is the board not transparent?
Answer: To avoid plate damage, our panels are covered with protective films on both sides, and after cutting the edges of the individual panels are burrs. This is a normal situation and not a quality problem. Tear off protective films, plate is clear and transparent.
2. Why is the display box not mounted?
A:Because our panels are made of acrylic material that belongs to plexiglass, the likelihood of damage during transport in final state is very high, so you will need to assemble them yourself after receipt.
