Please note that refunds are not available on prepaid airtime. Your prepaid BGAN airtime purchase will include low-balance alerts, automated top-ups and historic traffic reports if requested. Prepaid BGAN airtime offers units which burn at the following rates: Background IP per MB 9.1 units. Calls to landlines 1 unit. Calls to Mobiles 1.2 units. SMS 0. 5 units. Prepaid burn rates for other BGAN services available on request. SIM cards are sent inactive and can be activated upon request.
