The Eco-Max LED aquarium light is low very low wattage and therefore economical to run. The super bright LED lights are brilliant for encouraging lush aquarium plant growth but do not encourage the growth of unsightly algae. Fully submersible and waterproof, these LEDs have an IP68 rating and are safe to use in any aquarium. The Eco-Max LEDs are a spot light source, which bounces off any surface water movement, to create a beautiful ripple effect in the aquarium. Slim, stylish design with an inline on/off switch. The switch has 3 positions: all LEDs off, blue LEDs on, blue and white LEDs on. Ideal if you enjoy daytime and night-time viewing. A multipurpose bracket system is supplied with the product. This can be fitted to the aquarium hood with using 3 options: hood location using adhesive pads, hood location using screws, hood location using glue (glue not included). Alternatively, the light can be situated under the water using suckers. Simple to follow instructions are included with the product. This model is 45cm long and will fit any aquarium up to 60cm wide. The unit contains 20 x white LEDs and 8 x blue LEDs.
